Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Just Yin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Southern Fields AB, a company registered in Sweden.

2. The app and its content

Just Yin provides guided yin yoga sessions for general wellness purposes. The content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. See our Health Disclaimer for details.

All content in the app — sessions, audio, text, and design — is owned by Southern Fields AB or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you become aware of unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately at support@justyin.app.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Just Yin is available on a subscription basis:

• Monthly: $4.99 per month
• Annual: $24.99 per year

Subscriptions are managed and billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Southern Fields AB does not process payments directly and does not have access to your payment information.

5. Free trial

New users may be offered a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple or Google and may not be available to users who have previously used a trial.

6. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled according to their respective refund policies. Southern Fields AB does not issue refunds directly.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the app until that date.

8. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue the app or its content at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Southern Fields AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you does not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the three months preceding the claim.

This limitation does not affect mandatory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, including EU consumer protection legislation.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise. If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
