End User License Agreement

1. License

Southern Fields AB grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Just Yin on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license is subject to these terms and the App Store or Google Play terms you agreed to when downloading the app.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the app to build a similar or competing product
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the app to any third party
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

3. Content ownership

All sessions, audio, visual content, and design in Just Yin are owned by Southern Fields AB or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Your subscription gives you access to this content — it does not transfer ownership.

4. Offline use

Sessions you save for offline use may be accessed without an internet connection. Offline content remains subject to this license and may not be copied or transferred.

5. Updates

We may update the app from time to time. Updates may change or remove features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes to this license.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate these terms, cancel your subscription, or delete the app. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete any downloaded content.

7. Apple and Google

If you downloaded Just Yin from the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no obligation to provide support or handle claims related to the app. In the event of any conflict between these terms and Apple's App Store terms, Apple's terms govern with respect to your use of the App Store. The same applies to Google Play.

Southern Fields AB, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for Just Yin and its content.

8. Third-party services

The app may use third-party services for analytics, payments, and crash reporting. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. No warranty

The app is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
